Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

"30 Strips + 1 Free" Offer

We want you to be able to try our strips before deciding to keep the entire package. Therefore, we include an extra strip in a separate package with your order of 30 patches. You can test it without opening the main package.

If you decide not to keep the order, you can return the unopened, sealed package of 30 patches within 14 days of receiving it. The trial patch is yours to keep and is non-returnable.

IMPORTANT: Strips are a medical device; therefore, for health protection and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of packages whose packaging has been opened.

How to Return an Item

  1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order via your Customer Account (https://shopify.com/101492425030/account) or by email at mmntmcontact@gmail.com.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal notice to the following address:
    ul. Nasypowa 9/147, 81-177 Gdynia, Poland.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. This also applies to orders from other EU countries.

Refunds

We will refund your payment for the order, including the original delivery cost, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Opening the packaging does not limit your statutory rights regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract. If the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at mmntmcontact@gmail.com. We will process your complaint in accordance with our Terms of Service.
